Advanced People Management Intensive

Wednesday, 3 April 2024This unique one-day intensive program has been designed to address the more complex and challenging people management issues faced by senior HR/P&C executives involving matters of law, strategy, psychology and sociology. The program is a highly interactive one with required pre-work and various case studies are used to facilitate discussion amongst participants.

High Performance Culture
Learn how to build a high performance culture in your organisation, drawing on significant experience across high performance in sport and other industries.
“Positive Obligations”
Learn what your organisation needs to confront to execute its positive obligations in relation to risk mitigation of sexual harassment and bullying claims.
Negotiation and Influence
Become a better negotiator of desired outcomes and learn how to navigate the complexity of influence, particularly at Board and executive level.
Employment Litigation
Develop strategies for the handling of employment litigation at all levels across legal firm management, communications and decision-making.
HR/P&C Team Best Practices
Understand what good looks like for the most highly-functioning HR/P&C teams globally.
Suitability
With a limit of around 20 participants only, this program is suitable for experienced HR/P&C professionals with at least 8-10 years’ experience who are looking at building additional skills.
